Project Story

Heritage should feel premium without making commerce feel complicated.

The challenge was to build a store that respects the visual codes of oud and gifting while still behaving like a modern, clear and conversion-focused e-commerce experience.

Challenge

Balance a luxury heritage aesthetic with the practical needs of a Salla storefront: product discovery, clear categories, visible pricing and simple purchase actions.

Direction

Use warm neutral surfaces, gold accents, large atmospheric category banners and clean product cards so the store feels premium without hiding the shopping logic.

Full Store Reveal

A long-form storefront with one visual language.

The homepage moves through new arrivals, category-led campaign imagery, products, gifting and utility sections while keeping the same warm visual rhythm.

Commerce System

Brand atmosphere on the homepage. Product clarity inside the catalogue.

The experience shifts deliberately between editorial category moments and a practical product grid. This contrast keeps the brand expressive while preserving familiar e-commerce behaviour.

Selected Experience

Four moments that define the store.

The case study focuses on the parts that carry the identity and the commerce logic most clearly: launch messaging, category campaigns, product discovery and the catalogue system.

01 / OPENING

Brand transition as the first statement

The opening area introduces the new Fiih Oud identity with a premium editorial composition before the store moves into products.

02 / CATEGORIES

Editorial banners create visual rhythm

Large category moments distinguish oud, oils, burners and accessories while keeping the long homepage visually structured.

03 / PRODUCTS

Products stay calm and readable

Neutral product cards reduce visual noise so the store can support many SKUs without losing the premium tone.

04 / COMMERCE

Familiar Salla behaviour, custom visual character

The shopping experience retains familiar catalogue, pricing and add-to-cart patterns while the visual styling gives the store its own identity.

Signature Detail

The homepage behaves like a sequence of campaign pages inside one store.

Each category receives its own visual scene, allowing Fiih Oud to communicate variety and premium positioning without losing the continuity of a single e-commerce system.

Experience Highlights

01Premium Brand Continuity

Gold, beige and deep brown create one visual system across campaigns and product UI.

02Category-Led Discovery

Large visual category moments help users understand the range before entering dense catalogue pages.

03Clear Product Hierarchy

Consistent cards prioritize image, product name, price and action without unnecessary interface noise.

04Salla-Native Commerce

The experience stays familiar to shoppers while carrying a more refined visual identity.

Outcome

A store that feels premium before checkout and simple during it.
