Nature of delivery

Depending on the agreed project scope, digital deliverables may include design files, identity assets, interfaces, websites, e-commerce stores, systems or other digital outputs described in the relevant project agreement.

Project and delivery timeline

There is no universal delivery period for all projects. Each project timeline is estimated separately according to its size, scope, workload, technical requirements, stages and dependencies.

The expected schedule is set out in the relevant proposal, contract or statement of work.

Delivery method

The appropriate delivery method depends on the type of project. Deliverables may be supplied through digital files, project links, the relevant platform, account or access transfer, or another digital method agreed with the client.

Timeline changes and delays

A project timeline may change if the scope changes, additional technical requirements arise, required materials or approvals are delayed, or other circumstances reasonably affect project delivery. We will communicate material changes to the expected schedule.

Client materials and approvals

Some project stages depend on the client providing content, images, data, access credentials, decisions or approvals. Delays in providing those requirements may result in corresponding changes to the project timeline.

No physical shipping

Bayan Mutair Studio Ltd does not currently sell or ship physical products. References to delivery on our website or in project documents relate to the delivery of services and digital deliverables unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
