Refund & Cancellation Policy

Project deposit

Project confirmation generally requires an upfront deposit of between 30% and 50% of the total project value. The actual percentage applicable to each project is specified in its proposal or contract.

Cancellation within 24 hours

Under our commercial policy, where a client requests cancellation within 24 hours of paying the project deposit, the deposit can be refunded unless the project agreement contains different arrangements or applicable law requires different treatment.

Cancellation after 24 hours

Once 24 hours have passed from payment of the deposit, the deposit is treated as non-refundable under our commercial policy because project time and resources may have been reserved or work may have commenced, unless the relevant project agreement provides otherwise or mandatory statutory rights require different treatment.

Consumer statutory rights

This policy does not restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you contract with us as a consumer and statutory distance-service cancellation rules apply, you may have additional legal cancellation rights irrespective of our 24-hour commercial policy.

Where a consumer expressly requests that services begin during an applicable statutory cancellation period, they may be required to pay an amount proportionate to services supplied up to cancellation, where permitted by law.

Completed work and project stages

Payments or fees relating to work stages already completed or approved are governed by the relevant project agreement. Each project is assessed according to its scope and the work actually performed.

How to request cancellation or a refund

Cancellation requests should be sent clearly to info@bayanmutair.com and should include the client name, project name and sufficient information to identify the relevant agreement.

Where a refund is due, the refund method will be coordinated with the client having regard to the original payment method and available payment arrangements.
