Services

We provide creative and digital services which may include UX/UI design, branding and identity, website design and development, e-commerce, digital systems and digital products.

Project scope and agreement

The project scope, deliverables, timeline, price and any project-specific terms are set out in the applicable proposal, contract or statement of work. If there is a conflict, expressly agreed project-specific terms will apply to that project, subject to applicable law.

Payments

Projects generally require an upfront deposit of between 30% and 50% of the total project value. The applicable percentage and the schedule for remaining payments are specified in the relevant proposal or contract.

We currently do not provide an on-site checkout or direct payment processing facility. Payment method and arrangements are agreed with the client separately.

Revisions and changes

The number and scope of revision rounds and what constitutes work outside the agreed project scope are defined in the relevant project agreement or proposal. Additional requests beyond that scope may require an agreed adjustment to scope, schedule or fees.

Cancellation and refunds

Under our commercial cancellation policy, a client may request cancellation within 24 hours of paying the deposit and will generally be eligible for its return, unless different agreed terms or applicable legal requirements apply.

After 24 hours, the deposit is treated as non-refundable under our commercial policy unless the applicable project agreement provides otherwise or the client has mandatory statutory rights that take precedence.

Timeline and delivery

There is no single standard delivery period for all projects. Timelines depend on project size, workload, scope and dependencies and are specified in the relevant project proposal or contract.

All of our services and deliverables are digital. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing the information, content, access and approvals reasonably required for the project. Agreed timings may be affected where required materials, decisions or approvals are delayed.

Intellectual property

Ownership and permitted use of final deliverables, work in progress and third-party assets are governed by the relevant project agreement or proposal. These general terms do not replace project-specific intellectual property provisions.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Any additional project-specific limitations are governed by the applicable contract or proposal and applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that may apply to consumers under applicable law.
